Q: May I use the 6 km/h harbour trailer on public roads?
A: No. This is only allowed, if you have a special permit and an
appropriate drawing vehicle. (Please refer to: Information Sheet)
Q: Which drawing vehicle is required for the 25 km/h harbour trailer?
A: There are no restrictions, but the z.G.G./admissible total weight of
the trailer must not exceed the permitted towed load of the drawing vehicle.
Q: When do I need an approval for extra wide transports?
A: As soon as the width of trailer with load exceeds 2.55 m.
Q: Do I have to apply for TÜV approval in regular intervals for the 25 Km/h
harbour trailer?
A: No. This trailer is accompanied ex works by an operating licence for vehicles needing no approval.
Q: In which way must the boat be secured on the harbour trailer?

Q: Should the strain on the tyres be relieved during winter storage?
A: This is recommended to spare your tyres from concentrated load which can
damage the carcass. To lift the trailers we offer a car jack in especially low
design: Lifting Jack.
Q: Should the tyres be covered during summer?
A: We strongly recommend to protect the tyres against direct sunlight to avoid embrittlement.
