Securing the Load
During road transport your boat must be secured against shifting according to the regulations.
According to the regulations you must be aware of the mass inertia as shown in above picture (e.g. with a full braking). In such a case, the frictional forces are negligible – especially, when the boat hull is still wet.
The optimal solution to secure your boat on a Weber harbour trailer: Apply securing belts from bow to stern and additionally two vertical tie-down belts at front and rear.
